We Are Hiring Customer Support Representative CSR

At NewSol, we specialize in providing top-notch digital marketing services to help businesses grow and succeed in today’s competitive landscape. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service Representative with a strong sales focus to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:
Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
Proactively make outbound sales calls to potential clients to promote our digital marketing services
Identify and assess customers’ needs to offer tailored digital marketing solutions
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information about our services
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; and follow up to ensure the resolution
Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and sales scripts
Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Requirements:
Proven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Proven track record in sales; experience in selling digital marketing services is a plus
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
